Who we are

We provide chauffeur and private transport across Spain — airport transfers, intercity trips, hourly hire, and corporate travel. All our chauffeurs are professionally licensed and vehicles are fully insured.

Bookings and payment

Book through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp. We confirm the route, vehicle, and price before anything is final — a booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation. All prices include VAT.

We accept cards, bank transfers, and cash.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, or if you're not at the pickup point, the full fare applies. If we need to cancel on our end, we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer a full refund. Transport booked for a specific date is not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period (Article 103(l), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions. In circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from providing the service, we will offer a full refund.

Complaints

Write to contact@rideclassy.com — we respond within 15 business days. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is also available. Spanish law applies, with jurisdiction in Barcelona, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
