What we collect and why

When you book with us or get in touch, we collect your name, contact details, trip information, payment details, and any messages between us. We don't ask for more than what's needed to provide the service.

We use this to fulfil your booking and keep you updated (contract performance), respond to your questions (legitimate interest), meet our tax and invoicing obligations (legal obligation), and improve our service over time (legitimate interest). If you opt in, we may also send occasional offers (consent).

We hold booking and invoice records for five years under Spanish tax law, communications for two years, and marketing preferences until you tell us otherwise.

Who has access

Payment processors handle transactions on our behalf. Our hosting and security providers keep the site running. Tax authorities receive what the law requires. Nobody else gets your data, and we don't sell it.

Where providers operate outside the EU, they do so under Standard Contractual Clauses. This site uses only essential security cookies — no tracking, no consent needed. Our analytics don't use cookies or collect personal data.

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access within our team is limited to the people who need it.

Your rights

The GDPR and LOPDGDD give you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to how your data is used. Write to contact@rideclassy.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also reach the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
