ISE is a 14-day chauffeur engagement, not a 4-day booking

Most transport providers quote on the four show days. The exhibitors who make ISE worth attending are on the ground for two weeks. Build-up runs 6–7 days before opening — for 2026, CEVA freight unloading windows opened a full week out and Monday was restricted to “fine-tuning only” with no vehicles on the hall floor. Tear-down continues through the weekend after closing. Our private chauffeur packages are priced as whole engagements across that window, not per transfer.

We default to V-Class on any ISE booking that mentions 'demo kit', 'samples' or 'equipment'. Sedans and taxi cabs are for empty-handed attendees, not working crews.

ISE runs in early February — Barcelona's tourism trough. Taxi queues are shorter, ride-hail apps don't surge as hard, hotel rates are roughly half of MWC week. But BCN airport still sees heavy ISE traffic (North American attendees route via Madrid or London in February) and Fira's Nord gate at 09:00 and 17:00 still bottlenecks because every attendee moves on the same demo-hour cadence. All three are regular ISE-week private chauffeur requests. February is Barcelona's quietest season, so client entertainment bookings impossible during MWC week are genuinely available: Camp Nou stadium tours, flamenco at Palau Dalmases in the Gothic Quarter, day trips to Montserrat or Sitges, private winery visits in Penedès. Fira's show close on Friday triggers a massive van exit 16:00–22:00. If you're heading straight to BCN with crew and show materials, we recommend a 3-hour buffer from pickup to flight departure — tear-down traffic stretches the A-2 and Ronda Litoral. We position private vans at Fira's South gate (not North — South is the freight/exhibitor side) from 15:30 so your crew isn't waiting with carts of equipment.
Before. ISE 2025 had 28,801 first-timers (33.7% of attendees) and the private-chauffeur fleet builds competitive pressure every year. We recommend locking setup-week V-Class vans 6–8 weeks before the show and show-day vehicles 4+ weeks out. Individual private transfers can be accommodated closer to the date, but V-Class availability for integrator teams narrows rapidly after New Year.
